PinkBlush Maternity :: $75 Giveaway

Friday, April 29, 2016

I have said it before, and I will say it again, finding actually cute maternity clothing is absurdly challenging. Either it is much too bland for my taste, or is just too expensive for me to even think about purchasing it. The thing that really gets to me about being pregnant (especially almost nine months pregnant, looking at you May!) is that I desperately just want to feel like myself, and the further along you get, the more impossible that becomes. The one thing you want to be able to do (or at least, I want to be able to do) is put on clothes that make you feel like some semblance of your pre-pregnancy self, because all these things are happening to your body that are totally out of your control, and at least you can control your clothing, right? SO wrong. It's like the icing on the suck cake that pregnancy can be (just keeping it real guys, it isn't all magical). There are three stores within a practical driving distance of me that offer maternity clothes, and finding something I actually like within their absolutely minuscule selections is a total joke. That's why when PinkBlush Maternity contacted me about styling something from their maternity boutique, I was elated. Their selection of clothing is not only huge, but highly versatile. I seriously feel like there is something for every pregnant lady, and I am a pretty picky dresser. Did I mention it is also a small family owned and operated company? Win-win.

DRESS C/O PINKBLUSH MATERNITY :: OLD BELT :: NECKLACE C/O PEPALOVES :: FOREVER 21 HAT :: DSW SANDALS :: MAC LIPGLASS VIVA GLAM MILEY CIRUS

Once I spotted this yellow dress, I knew it was the only thing I could possibly go with. I mean, it's perfect for me! It features my two favorite colors (yellow and pink, duh), and the silhouette will make it super wearable, even when I'm not pregnant. I chose to belt it for these photos because it makes my bump really pop, but after we were done taking them, I took off the necklace and the belt and went with a more flowy, comfy look that I feel like worked just as well. I pretty much hit the jackpot with this when it comes to maternity clothes, don't you think? I do. And bonus, my nails already matched perfectly when it came in the mail! It was fate guys.

And now the part that I'm sure you've been waiting for! The fabulous folks at PinkBlush have decided to let me share the love and give one of you lucky ladies a $75 gift card to their store, which can either be used on some trendy maternity clothing of your very own, or anything else from their site, which also carries accessories and regular women's styles! Oh! And they have plus size options for both maternity and regular, score! All you have to do to enter is follow me on Instagram, follow PinkBlushMaternity on Insta, and then enter your info below so I can make sure you've done it! (I've also added an optional extra entry if you follow the Insta for their non-maternity clothing, ShopPinkBlush.) The only other thing is that you cannot have previously won another PinkBlush giveaway within the last three months to be eligible. I'll be contacting the winner via DM on Insta, so keep an eye on your inbox, and good luck!
