Once Again With Mother Goose

Wednesday, April 20, 2016

I never expected to style this dress again on my blog. I mean, being a maxi it kind of steals the show and is what it is, however, once I realized I could still fit in it while super pregnant, I knew I had to do it just to celebrate its utter fabulousness. Plus, the whole mother goose thing seems even more appropriate while pregs, right? Right. (You can find my first styling here, which honestly kind of makes me miss my shorter length hair, thoughts?)

The lighting in these pictures is honestly giving me life right now. I have three collaborations that need to be styled and photographed before this baby comes out, and while I really just want to wear nothing but frumpy, comfy clothing, seeing how well this impromptu shoot came out is giving me the will to press on. Also, these mini buns. I didn't think my hair was near long enough to make them work, but somehow it happened and I am so thrilled! (I promise they were much less lopsided at the beginning of the day.)

  1. You. Look. AMAZING. Like. The light in these photos, that dress, your hair, your eyes. Freaking magic. You're so gorgeous! And I LOVE your eyebrows right now, they're so good! I'm impressed at how beautiful these photos are with you being 8 months pregnant; I did not have the energy for pretty photoshoots when I was that pregnant! I mean, I took pictures, yeah, but lazy ones. Haha!

I really love your longer hair, actually, though that shorter hair is ALSO good on you! I'm currently fighting the cut-or-don't struggle right now; I want mermaid hair! But also I hate brushing my hair and the baby just wants to pull it. Sooo... yep. I hate that decision. I'm holding out for mermaid hair right now, though. :D
