Pumpkin Chai Brownie Bites

If you've been following my blog for awhile, these little treats may sound familiar to you...and that's because they're a remix of these regular chai brownie bites I made awhile back. Between you and me, I think these ones are far superior. I changed up a few things, and added the pumpkin for a fall flair, and I must say the season suits them. I whipped these up for all my fellow Thanksgiving and Black Friday workers at Old Navy, and definitely fed some to Michael and my parents as well. They are beyond simple to make (really the only semi-complicated recipe I've posted has been for these cupcakes with rose petals), and I think you should make them and let me know how you like them! No one has tagged me in photos of any recipe recreations of mine yet, so until that happens I'm going to think y'all hate me and my baking. Ok, possibly a tad dramatic, but I'm standing by it!




::Ingredients::

-1 cup butter, melted
-1 2/3 cups flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 cup superfine sugar
-4 eggs, beaten lightly
-3 tbsp of pumpkin chai latte mix, dissolved in 2 tbsp water (I go my mix from Trader Joe's)

::Steps::

1. Preheat your baking box to 300°F and grease whatever tin/tins you have that are suitable for brownies.

2. In a large bowl, sift in the flour, then add the baking powder, and cocoa and stir until evenly mixed. Next add in butter, sugar, eggs, and chai mix. Make sure your butter isn't super hot or you'll cook your eggs and it'll be disgusting. Stir until smooth and throughly mixed.

3. Bake for around 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Time will vary depending on your tin size.

4. Let cool, cut into little squares, or whatever shape you want, and serve! As always, please eat at least one bite while warm.
