Food & Games

Some days, mainly Fridays, M wakes up and wants us to go out to brunch because he gets paid every friday. This day was one of those such days. I want to be comfy an chill, but still look cute, so this is what I came up with.

We were going to hit up one of our fav brunch spots, New Moon, but there's currently a carnival type thing going on downtown and traffic is just terrible, so we opted to go to Red Robin instead. After food, we came home and M played video games before going to work while I worked on an email that I was sending over to Sammi at The Soubrette Brunette. That's an exciting matter for later times, but here's what I wore on my casual day.

This outfit makes me think of all the casual cute things I see chicks wearing on Pinterest that I wish I could emulate. I was still longing to throw my hair into a long messy top bun, sadly I am no where near that stage yet.

Love & Sunshine,
Mariah

  1. You look so cute! I never know what to wear for casual days, mostly because I still haven't figured out the right proportions of pants and tops on my body type. And I always end up dressing skirts up, haha! Oh well.

I love this haircolor on you, too, it makes your skin look so luminous! And that scarf is so pretty!

    1. I am still trying to figure out the whole "cute'n'casual" thing myself, I feel like this is just an imitation of someone else's natural style until I get my own down haha. And thanks for being so kind, as usual. Who knew dark hair was for me!
